In IFA 2015, Berlin Huawei unveiled the its latest flagship high-end smartphone Huawei Mate S. The Mate S probably worlds first smartphone to be used Force Touch technology. Probably this is the answer to Apple from Huawei.

The Huawei became worlds third biggest smartphone company by sales last month. According to research Samsung which 21.9% of the market, Apple 14.6% and Huawei share 7.8%. Huawei became the first Chinese firm to sell more than 100 million smartphone this year.

The Latest High-end Huawei Mate S features with 5.5-inch AMOLED, ONCELL Full HD 1080×1920 display and it protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. the smartphones runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Emotion UI3.1 on the top of the device. Force touch display meaning it can tell between hard touch and light touch. And a good deal in between.

The Huawei Mates S powered by 64-bit Hisilicon Kirin 935, octa-core processor cloacked at 4×2.2GHz+4×1.5GHz supported by 3GB of RAM. The Mate S sports with 13MP OIS RGBW auto focus with dual LED flash and 8MP front facing with BSI sensor and soft light camera.

The dual sim high-end device has mostly support all types of 4G balnds and it also support GSM/3G and 4G LTE apart from this it has GPS/A-GPS/Glonass, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n 2.4G and USB 2.0 connectivity. The Huawei Mates S also support Accelerometer, compass, gyro Scope, ALS, proximity and HALL. The Huawei Mate s backed by 2,700mAh battery.

Features of the Huawei Mates S

The main features of the Huawei Mate S in the form of its finger print sensor, “Knuckle sense 2.0” functionality and its “Force Touch” screen. For the rear sensor, fingerprint recognition and speed has been increased by 100%. Touching sweaty or wet hands it does not an issue it will response positively.

Knuckle Sense 2.0 one of the Mate S more dubious features, allow users to drag their knuckles down a page to effect a long screen capture, or scrawl letters to trigger certain apps like ‘M’ for music ‘C’ for Camera. And the new ‘Force Touch’ screen offers the ability to zoom in closer to photo for detail or photo preview while browsing the gallery.

The Huawei Mate S will be available starting in September pre orders begin from 15th of this month at a price of  EUR 649 or $732 (Roughly Rs.48,300)
