The US technology company Infocus launched an mid range smartphone with metal body and a premium look at Rs.9,999, exclusively through Snapdeal starting November 2. The company claims that it is the first smartphone in the sub Rs.10,000 range of full metal unibody.
The InFocus M535 offers a large 5.5-inch HD display with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The phone is powered by a 1.5GHz 64-bit quad-core MediaTek processor, coupled with 2GB of RAM. The device sports 16GB of internal memory, further expandable up to 64GB via a microSD card. The camera department includes a 13MP rear snapper with autofocus and LED flash, and an 8MP autofocus front shooter. Connectivity features include dual-SIM slots, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS.
The InFocus M535 is fuelled by a 2,600mAh battery, and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box. The phone has been priced at Rs 9,999, and will be available in silver and gold variants.
